Walter Encinas, 60, of Scottsdale, Arizona, passed away peacefully on January 26, 2025, surrounded by his family. Born on September 27, 1964, to Stella Lopez and Gabriel Encinas, Walter was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. His joyful spirit and sense of humor was contagious and left an imprint in the lives of many.
Walter is survived by his loving wife of 25 years Rebecca Flores; his daughters Tabitha (Jeffrey) Guerrero, Allison (Humberto) Arredondo, and Emily Encinas; his 5 grandchildren Avianna, Amelia, Jeffrey, Jacob, and Brawley; and his siblings Gabriel Encinas, Angela Encinas, and Diana (Otto) Encinas-Gericke. He was predeceased by his parents Stella Lopez, Gabriel Encinas, and his brother Roland Encinas.
A funeral service for Walter will be held Saturday, February 15, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Montecito Cypress Chapel, 24145 Barton Road, Loma Linda, California 92324. A committal service will occur Saturday, February 15, 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at Montecito Memorial Park, 3520 E Washington St, Colton, CA 92324. Reception to follow.
