Bill always was a faithful Gideon and encouraging servant leader.
His courage and strength in the face of adversity was remarkable.
We are praying for the entire Snyder family during this time of Bill's homegoing.
His life of service to his Lord Jesus Christ and and the Los Angeles Police Department will always be remembered as exemplary.
