November 12, 1948 – January 28, 2020
On January 28th, 2020, Anne C. Wall passed away peacefully in the home she and her family owned for over a quarter of a century. She is survived by her three children, Robert and his family - wife Emily and daughter Adelaide, Gordon, and Rachael. Wife of the late Robert W. Wall and sister of Cindy Neville. She is loved and missed by many other family members. Raised an army kid, she eventually settled down in Virginia. Anne enlisted at 20 years old and retired after 22 years as a Lieutenant Colonal in the US Army in the late 80's. After, she continued in the medical field until her retirement in the mid 2010's. Anne was an avid Washington DC fan and would never miss a game. She was almost always seen in Redskins, Senators, Nationals, or Capitals memorabilia. She was a beloved mother, wife, friend, and nurse. Anne touched the lives of everyone she met. She wanted to share her experiences with everyone. Whether it be fostering a houseful of children, taking full groups to Vegas, or simply a day in Ft. Meade. Family and friends will come together for a celebration of life on Feburary 8th, 2020.

I was so sorry to hear from our VCU-MCV Nursing classmate Trudy Tappan that Carol (as we called her) had died. I have many fond memories of our years together in nursing school. We'll be celebrating our 50th reunion in April & Carol will be remembered at the Memorial Service on April 19th in Richmond, VA.
