Elizabeth was born on August 4, 1956, in Manilla, Philippines. She earned her bachelor’s degree of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Marian College of Nursing. She served in the U.S. Army for over 30 years and served as a civilian at the Pentagon for 25 years, until she retired in September 2025.
Beyond her work, she had a green thumb and tended to her many plants, she loved going out to eat, crafting, puzzles, listening to oldies, and watching mystery and Hallmark movies. Her greatest joy was spending time with family, especially her grandchildren.
Elizabeth is survived by her children, Jason (Lindsey) and Kristine (Gabriel); her grandchildren, Makayla, Leighton, Jace, Cameron, Liam, and Ivy; her twin sister Elena and siblings Jojo, Dolores, and May.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert; her grandson, Kai; her parents, Floriano and Cresencia; and her brother, Albert.
Receiving Friends will be held at Witzke Funeral Homes Inc., 5555 Twin Knolls Road, Columbia, MD 21045, on Saturday, August 8, 2026, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.
