On November 19, 2012, James Madison Pittman passed away. He is the beloved husband of the late Joyce Pittman; devoted father of Gail Ruth Green and husband Lavega, Elizabeth Joyce Pittman, and Barbara Ellen Osso and husband Joseph; he was preceded in death by his siblings Wendell Pittman and Ethel Nickens. Family and friends are invited to call at the Witzke Funeral Homes Inc. 5555 Twin Knolls Rd. Columbia, MD 21045 on Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. where Funeral Service will be held Monday at 10 a.m. Entombment in Gate if Heaven Cemetery. So sorry to learn of Mr. Pttman's passing. I send my sincere condolences to the family and friends. I just hope that those special memories of Mr. Pttman will help heal some of the pain and bring peace and joy in the days to come. Special prayers are sent to the family.
