

Jason Warner was born in Washington, D.C., on August 22, 1982 to Dr. Clarence Warner, Jr. and Jennifer Warner. He attended Ulysses Grant High School in North Hollywood, California, graduating with the Class of 2000.
Jason was a fun loving individual who loved watching movies and martial arts. By the end of high school, Jason obtained his advanced brown belt in karate. He enjoyed cooking and honing his culinary skills.
After high school, Jason pursued studies at Kaplan University in Southern California, where he earned his certificate in Radiologic Technology. He began his career as a Radiology Technician, later relocating to Washington, D.C., to further his professional journey in Medical Technology and Nursing.
Shortly after moving to Washington, D.C., Jason met and married his beloved spouse Tiffany Budd. Together, they built a loving home and raised a family.
Jason will be remembered with deep love and fondness by his mother, Jennifer, his wife, Tiffany, and his stepchildren: Tasani, Jazzmine, Michael, Amara, and Elayna. He is also loved by his siblings, Allan and Jessica, his aunts and uncles, cousins, friends, and coworkers, all of whom cherished him dearly.
A special tribute goes to his aunt Jaqueline and uncle Mikey, uncle Douglas, aunt Eldora, uncle Rowland, aunt Debra, aunt Juliet, godfather Tony, aunt Kathy, father- and mother-in-law, David and Patricia Budd, and godmother Beverly Hunter- each of whom held a meaningful place in Jason’s life.
May Jason rest in eternal heavenly peace.
A receiving of friends will be held for Jason on Saturday, September 6, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Witzke Funeral Homes, Inc, 5555 Twin Knolls Rd, Columbia, MD 21045, followed by a memorial service at 2:00 PM.
