Kathleen Avery

On March 9, 2024, Kathleen Daley Avery passed away at the age of 76. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward J. Daley, Sr. and Carmen Daley and husband John Paul Avery Sr. She was a loving mother to John (Wendy) and Kristi (Chris). A cherished grandmother to Anastasia, Johnny, Katie, and Dylan. A dear sister to Edward J. Daley (Guadalupe) and survived by nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, April 5th at 12 P.M. at the Wilde Lake Interfaith Center, 10431 Twin Rivers Rd, Columbia, MD 21044. For those friends and family that are unable to attend the mass, it will be streamed live via the St. John the Evangelist website (https://sjcolumbia.org/streaming/ and choose WL Room 1).

After the Memorial Mass, all are invited to attend the Celebration of Life reception from 2 P.M. to 5 P.M. in the Terrace on the Green room at Turf Valley. The address is 2700 Turf Valley Road, Ellicott City, MD 21042.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in memory of our mom to the HEART Scholarship Fund: The Association of Retired Howard County Public School Personnel, Oakland Mills Food Pantry, or Columbia Community Care.
