Lynn Alice Weber died at home on March 9, 2022. She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Jay Kissel, father Donald Weber, siblings Mamie Gaver, Sally Smith, and Ed Weber, and nephews Jared and Keith Gaver. She was the connector of people in her family. She had a zest for life and a great sense of humor. She knew how to share amusing incidents in a way that left people in stitches. If you were in Lynn’s company, you were not bored.
She read everything from Greek classics, to Shakespeare, mysteries, and theology. Her love of reading made her a great editor and writer. She wrote a guidebook entitled The Patuxent Branch Trail: A Walker’s Guide to Plants after many years of walking along that trail with beloved beagle Rocky. Lynn loved to travel and explore new places and kept great photo books of her trips, which are a wonderful comfort now. Lynn, you will be so missed.
