Born in Manhattan NY to Mizak and Lucia (Zakerian) Chelbian

Married William Harold Ellebracht on April 4, 1953

Survived by her children Lucille (Bill) Weber, Adele Abramowitz, Tom (Sue) Ellebracht, and Loretta (Kerry) Frink; 6 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild and several nieces and nephews. She will be dearly missed by her friends at the Christ Methodist Church and the U.S.C.G.C. Spencer Association.

She was predeceased by her husband Bill, grandson Jason, brothers Ralph and Walt, and sister Agnes.

A visitation/prayer service will be held at the Owen Brown Interfaith Center at 7246 Craddlerock Way Columbia, MD on Tuesday, April 12 1pm (Viewing) 2pm service

A private burial service will be held at the Old East Branch Cemetery in East Branch, NY.

Those wishing to honor her life may make a donation in her name to the Future National Coast Guard Museum Association in New London, Connecticut at Coastguardmuseum.org
