I remember Mary Bea as a loving mother-in-law to my daughter--Samantha Preston, Carter and Molly's Mom. I'm so very grateful to Mary Bea for being there for Samantha and the children as a caring friend and supporter over many years--through good times and difficult times. May God bless and keep her.

The house on Mckendree Rd, West Friendship, MD.

Goats and Peacocks and growing up on 5 acres in Western Ho Co.

Mom and I paining the interior of the house when the shed catches on fire and almost burned down the entire house.

Thankfully, Ho Co fire department arrived in time.

We have many good familiy memories from growing up on Mckendree road.

Mary Bea and I met 43 years ago when I became a step-mother to Kevin and Hayes. From the beginning, she was supportive, helpful and never judgmental. She was a strong anchor in the family.

During the past 5 plus years, we worked together to plan and implement several special birthday celebrations for grandkids, Carter and Molly.

Despite her busy life, she always showed interest in the lives of others. She always had time to listen and provide feedback when needed.

As a stepmother, I could not have asked for a more accepting, supportive relationship from this special person. She will be greatly missed!

We took a trip to Alaska, drove all over the state, camped at Denali and walked on ice bergs.

Grooming our dogs was such a fun time for us. We’d set up at the picnic table on the back porch. And take turns. And laugh and talk. And sometimes MB would have her glass of wine. I miss her.
