On June 24, 2018, Ray Barnes Collins, loving father of Jessica Rae Collins. Brother of Edward Collins, Roger Collins Jr., and Charles Collins. Uncle of Cathy Heinsohn, and Carol Holt. Also survived by many friends.
Memorial services will be held at Witzke Funeral Homes, Inc., 5555 Twin Knolls Rd., Columbia, MD 21045 on Sunday, July1st at 3pm.
