Sam is survived by six children, fourteen grandchildren, twenty-four great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren. Sam also leaves behind his sister and two nieces.
Sam will be remembered for his loving nature and giving spirit, always willing to extend a helping hand.
Family will receive friends at Witzke Funeral Homes, Inc., 5555 Twin Knolls Rd., Columbia, MD 21045 on Sunday, August 26, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8pm, where services will be held on Monday at 10am. Interment Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
