Beloved wife of David Collins. Loving mother of Audrey Grace Collins. Daughter of Terry Frazer and the late Peggy Frazer. Sister of Michael Frazer and wife Gretchen. Sister in law of Don and Lisa Collins. Aunt of Destinee Frazer, and Nicolas Collins. Also survived by many other family members and friends.

A visitation will be held Saturday, August 7, 2021 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Witzke Funeral Homes Inc., 5555 Twin Knolls Rd, Columbia, MD 21045, followed by a Celebration of Life at 4:00 PM.
