I am so sorry for your loss.

I was lucky enough to live with Tim during our junior and senior years. He truly was the best roommate I could have ever asked for. He was also a great friend, always lending an ear to late-night conversations and vent sessions.  I will cherish those conversations and the advice he provided.  Tim was loved by so many around him because of how great a person he was. He always had a smile on his face and was genuinely kind to everyone he encountered.   

I will greatly miss Tim. I am sending thoughts and prayers to all of his family and friends.

I only knew Tim for a short time, while we both studied at Loyola, but he was such a bright light on our campus. In the classes I shared with him, in the Honors Program we both went through, and even in passing by, Tim was always such a genuine and kind soul. I hope you realize how loved he was, and how much he poured out that very same love. 

I remember Tim in my senior ethics class this fall offering some of the greatest insight I heard in that class, and our professor was always impressed with whatever he said. I can confidently say that Tim was one of the brightest students I encountered at Loyola. The way he was able to explain complex ideas and offer his own thoughts was something I admired. He had a way of thinking and seeing the world differently, and it was a joy that we all got to share whenever he spoke. But much more than that Tim was someone who made people laugh, and I always remember how we would exchange glances during this class when funny or odd things happened. 

I can't fully put into words how heartbreaking this news is to hear, Tim is someone who I miss greatly, and I will cherish the short time and encounters I was lucky to have with him. My thoughts and deepest sympathy is with all of you in this time. Sending all my love from Connecticut to your family in Maryland and all of his friends and loved ones elsewhere.
