A Celebration of Life will be held Monday, June 23 at 4:00 p.m. at Memorial Funeral Home with a visitation from 2:00 p.m until time of service.
Adam never complained about the hardships dealt in his life, but he always showed others how to deal with the hardships. He had a unique love for life and dedication to his family and friends; a love for the culinary arts and a passion for music. He loved attending concerts and was a huge Mizzou Football fan, and enjoyed Cardinal baseball.
Adam is survived by his mother, Tami Miller; a second mother, Janice Kite; grandmother, Shirley Neimeyer; and two brothers, Danton Scott and Shaun Rottman. Memorial contributions may be made to Children’s Miracle Network or the Make a Wish Foundation.
