Danny Ray Sapp, 57, of Columbia, MO passed away Sunday March 25, 2018. Memorial Services will be 4pm, Saturday, April 14, 2018 at the Elks Lodge 594 in Columbia; friends may gather from 2-4 at the Lodge.
Danny was born April 21, 1960 in St. Charles, MO to Melvin G. and Beverly L. Bennett Sapp. He was an active member of the Elks Lodge 594 in Columbia; having served as the Exalted Ruler, a trustee, and Past PER. He had worked many years as a trim and finish carpenter, before, by some coincidence; he began building and shipping shuffleboards internationally. He loved dove and duck hunting, and hosted a dove hunt each year on his farm.
Danny is survived by her brother, David (Lee Ann) Sapp; sister Laura Shrum; step-sons, Brian (Mindy) Johnson, Eric (Christine) Johnson, granddaughter, Samantha Rose; and his parents, Melvin (Beverly) Sapp. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Central MO honor Flight 1400 Forum Blvd. Ste. 7-A, Box 334, Columbia, MO 65203.
