Sorry. Didn’t realize it was one photo at a time. The earlier one is Aunt Betty’s Dad, our Grandpa George Edward Harris as a young man in Walsall, England. This one is bAunt Betty’s mom, our Grandmother Annie Pritchard Harris as a young woman.

Found some old pics — thinking of all out dearly beloved family members who have been welcoming Aunt Betty home. Photos are of our Harris grandparents — Betty’s mom and dad; old and young; also our Grandma Annie Pritchard Harris’ family of origin.

Love you all so much and am thinking of you and praying for you all. Your mom and dad and all of you have been forever wonderful and loving. Thank you so much for your joy, love and laughter. Was especially wonderful when we were able to bring Dad to your mom's 90th birthday celebration and to see them together again after 25 years. They always kept in touch by phone, even then. We rejoice in knowing that your precious loving mom is in Glory with your dad; surrounded by everyone who is already there. And we keep praying for you all as you move through this time. May the Lord continue to bless and keep you all.

Betty was a true gem. She became our friend when she knocked on our door about 30 years ago to ask if we would like a beautiful watercolor that she had done of our house and front garden (Uh, YEAH!). It's been in our front parlor ever since along with other lovely paintings that she gifted us. But as wonderful as she was as an artist, she was even more wonderful as a person. She had an endless supply of love to share and always made you feel special.
Plus, she was just plain FUN. When we visited her a few days ago we were all laughing at a memory of us riding the kid's train in the mall. She was so young at heart that time with her was a joy. We feel honored to have been a part of her life and miss her already.

To My Tegerdine Family,
Thank you for sharing her with me for over 25 years. I will miss her scones and her knowledge. All the family gatherings that made my heart sing with joy. I will never eat another Rueben sandwich without her in my mind and spirit. I will always look at painted pictures from another place in my heart because of her. REST EAST Mother TEGERDINE and I will see you when I get there.
