

Service will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, May 9 at Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until time of service. Burial will be at Oakland Cemetery, Moberly, Missouri.
Glen was born June 6, 1925 in Moberly the only child to the late Rosier and Eunice Burton Roberts. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1942-1944. He worked for the Hines Company as a salesman and then joined Krogers as a meat cutter. He became owner of Peytons Market in Moberly in the early 1970’s. Glen then moved to Columbia and worked at Nowells, where he was a familiar face behind the meat counter. He was a member of the Mason’s Lodge in Columbia. He moved to The Terrace about three years ago where he was a very active member.
He is survived by his four children, Kevin Roberts (Diana), Russell Roberts (Pat), Glenna Sanders (Mike) and Roger Roberts; fourteen grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
He is also preceded in death by his first wife, Louise Roberts and his second wife, Delores Roberts.
