JoAnn was born on October 17, 1935 in Columbia, MO the daughter of Leon and Lorraine Bea who preceded her in death. She was married in 1980 to William Walker who preceded her in death on November 28, 2007.
Survivors include: two sons, Marco Tapia (Andrea) of Columbia, MO and Lonnie Tapia (Susan) of Columbia, MO; one daughter, Dana Kinder (Charles) of Marshall, MO; three sisters, Alice Cunningham, Debbie Sloat (Tom), Delores Rural; nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
