Michael "Mick" Robert Rettke

Mick was born on June 3rd, 1969, in Minot, North Dakota, the son of Michael Clarence Rettke and the late, Janis Ruth (Taylor) Rettke.

Mick attended Monmouth College, earning Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Business Administration and Economics and later attended The University of Missouri receiving Master’s Degrees in Business Administration and Healthcare Administration. Mick had worked in the pharmaceutical, financial services, healthcare and construction industries, having been recognized for his contributions.

Mick is survived by his four beloved children, Jakob Christian Rettke, Mikaela Elizabeth (Landon) Alley, Brandon Taylor Rettke, and Hannah Katharine Rettke. Mick is also survived by his father, Michael Clarence (Louise) Rettke, his younger brother Matthew Robert (Shannon) Rettke, and younger sister Melanie Ruth (John) Blair.

Mick was predeceased by his beloved mother Janis Ruth Rettke (nee. Taylor).

A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, May 5, 2025 from 6-8 PM in the Parlor of the Missouri United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Heart Association, to support the treatment and research of heart disease.
