I played 3 holes of golf with Scott at the Mizzou course, 16, 17 & 18, I believe around 1969.  I attended a couple golf team tryout sessions my first year, but with players like Scott on the team, I knew I had little chance of making the team and that I should concentrate on my classes.  Scott told me that he once had a hole-in-one/double eagle on the par 4 16th hole, hitting a shot over the trees rather than playing the hole as a dogleg right.
