She was born on October 31, 1957, in St. Louis, Missouri, to the late Ronald LaMacchia and Barbara (Drake) Dorsey.
On September 23, 1978, she married Keith Lottes at her parents’ home in St. Louis, and they shared more than 40 years of committed marriage and daily life together.
Sheila’s greatest joy was her family. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, and her heart was especially full when she was with her grandson, Jordan Lottes, who brought her immense happiness.
Sheila was a woman of many talents. She enjoyed sewing, baking, cooking, gardening, and homemaking, and she expressed her love through the care she put into everything she did. Her gentle spirit, quiet strength, and kindness left a lasting impression on all who knew her. She had a natural ability to make others feel welcome, comforted, and valued.
She is survived by her husband, Keith Lottes, her son, Michael (Kristie) Lottes, her brother, Don LaMacchia, and her grandson, Jordan Lottes, along with many other loving family members and dear friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Ron LaMacchia.
Sheila will be deeply missed and forever cherished by all who knew and loved her.
A Celebration of Life for Sheila will be held at a later date. Details will be shared with friends and family once finalized.
