He was born in Agios Dimitrios, Greece on September 14, 1946, son of Michael John and Chrisoula (Lazarus) Georgeton.
Steve worked in the restaurant business as a cook.
He is survived by his sister, Koula Kardon and husband James, nephew Petros Kardakos and wife Voula, Mike Kardon, and great nephew Dimitri Kardakos. He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers John, Chris, and George Georgeton and a sister Dimitra Georgeton.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at 10:00 am at St. Luke the Evangelist Orthodox Church in Columbia, burial to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to St. Luke’s Orthodox Church.
