Susan Marie Musterman

Sue will always be remembered as a kind, loving and generous person, deeply and forever loved by her husband Ed, daughters Katy (Gentry) Decker, and Molly (Derrick) Schooler, grandchildren Corbin Schooler, Carsyn Schooler and Ava Decker as well as by her brother David. Among her biggest joys in life were the times she spent with her grandkids. She was preceded in death by both parents.

Sue and Ed were united in marriage and loving commitment on March 22nd, 1986 and remain deeply in love. Sue was the rock that always stood by Ed, her daughters and grandchildren and gave them all of her love.

Sue leaves behind many friends and her long friendship with Jan Johnson was always special. Friends and neighbors Diane Drainer and Joyce Chastain friendship and compassion was deeply valued.

We would like to thank all of the medical staff at Boone Hospital and Compassus Hospice Care for the loving care to Sue. Care nurses Mandy, Tina, Laura, Anna and Crystal, as well as aides Ashley and Karla, compassionately eased Sue’s final journey.

A celebration of life will be held on August 31st at the Riechmann Pavillion, 2300 E Walnut St, Columbia, MO 65201 at Stephens Lake Park from 2:00 to 4:00.

Donations in memory of Sue are suggested to St. Judes Children’s Hospital and The Food Bank of Central and Northeast Mo.
