Troy was born on January 1, 1961 in Kansas City, MO the son of Ernest Eugene and Rose Mary (Seaborn) Moore who preceded him in death. He was married on August 20, 1994 in Pittsburg, MO to Tonya Edler who survives of the home. He was previously married to Terri (North) Hergins who also survives of Kansas City, MO. He was a veteran of the US Army. Troy was family oriented and an avid outdoorsman with a love for hunting and fishing and was known to always give a lending hand.
He is also survived by two children, Troy Moore Jr. and his wife, Amanda Wheeler of Lexington, NE and Cheryl Moore and her fiancé John Park of Belton, MO; one brother, Brian Moore; three sisters, Lisa McCarthy, Sheila Moore and Eugenia Moore; seven grandchildren, Sierra, Kyle, Kevin, Matt, Kimora, Kaitlin and Kenzie as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins and host of friends.
