Victoria Lee Neill, 76, of Columbia, passed away Thursday, November 11, 2021 at Boone Health. Visitation will be Wednesday, November 17, 2021, 10:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. with funeral services at 11:00 a.m. at Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Victoria was born on October 1, 1945 in Bloomer, Wisconsin, the daughter of Charles Cole and Evelyn (Doncevic) Cole. She earned her degree from Central Methodist University as a Registered Nurse. In May of 1981, she was united in marriage to Charles Neill who survives in the home.
She was employed as a visiting nurse here in Columbia. She was a member of St. Andrew Lutheran Church as well as the Audubon Society. She enjoyed reading and bird watching, and was active in grass roots politics, being a firm believer in Universal Health Care.
Victoria is survived by her husband, Charles; her children, Mark Cooper (Tina), Kevin Cooper (Teresa), and Charles Neill; two brothers, Jeff Cole and Ed Cole (Linda); two sisters in law, Millie Kaiser and Evelyn Rothermich; and two nieces.
