Wayne was a US Air Force veteran and served during Vietnam. He worked for many years as Director of Facilities for the local utility company and as well as Boone County National Bank for a number of years.
Wayne is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Linda; daughter, Jennifer McHale; grandchildren, Kalin Alexander McHale and Sydney Alexis McHale; and siblings, Judy Kay Kurz of Wichita, KS and Christina Lee Higdon of Hutchinson, KS.
A visitation at Memorial Funeral Home, 1217 Business Loop 70 W, Columbia, MO 65202 will be held on Friday, February 5th from 11 till time of service at Noon. Military honors and burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
