

William “Bill” Trabue, 84, of Columbia, MO passed away Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at Miller County Care in Tuscumbia, MO. Visitation will be Tuesday, July 21st from 1:00 – 2:00pm at Memorial Funeral Home 1217 Business Loop 70 West Columbia, MO. Funeral Service will begin at 2pm followed by burial in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Bill was born in Clearfield, PA to Estes and Claudia Wheeler Trabue. They moved to Monroe City, MO where he was a 1961 graduate of Monroe City High School. He worked several years for Imperial Gas Station before going to work for Coca-Cola. He drove delivery trucks for Coke before he became the warehouse manager where he would retire after 30 years. Post retirement, he drove for Mo-X and later for Senior Living at Boone Landing. He enjoyed cat fishing, bowling and playing BINGO with his wife, Joyce. He had a great sense of humor and enjoyed joking around. He loved his many grandkids and enjoyed their time together.
He is survived by his children, Kim (Gerry) Boling of Lentner, Karen Dunmire of Eldon, Joy Nickles, Clay Dinwiddie, and Dewey Womack, all of Columbia; grandchildren, Stephanie (Matt) Barnhard, Stacy (Scott) Utterback, Jessica (Scott) Johnston, Joshua (Grace) Dunmire, Jenny Dunmire, Melissa Dinwiddie, Billy Grout, David Grout, Shannon (Ron) Peasha, James (Kelly) Dinwiddie, Nathan Dinwiddie, Deanna, Kayla Womack, and Stephen Womack; 30 great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren; sisters, Carol Lee and Barbara Sevier (Gerald); many nieces and nephews and a loving extended family. He was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Trabue; brothers, Art and Larry Trabue; a sister, Sherry Trabue-Pratt, his parents, and his beloved Shih tzu, Oreo.
