Amber Elizabeth Thornhill

Amber worked as a Medical Technician with high ambitions of becoming a registered nurse. Her innate spirit of compassion and care was evident in the beauty of her soul and the love shown to her children and family.

She is survived by her daughters, Kamryn M. Lackey, and Khloe K. Hansen; a son, Kaleb J. Thornhill; her parents, David Thornhill and Gena Thornhill; grandmothers, Kay Thornhill, and Beverly Breaux; her longtime companion, Kevin Hansen; and nephews, Oliver Hansen, and Levi Hansen. Her brother, Don Glen Thornhill, precedes her in death.

Visitation will be held on Monday, February 23, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Jesus Name Apostolic Church in Foxworth. Funeral services, officiated by Reverend Randall Buchanan and Reverend C.A. Gatlin, will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, in the church sanctuary where friends may gather from 12:00 pm until service time. Burial will follow at Richland Creek Cemetery in Foxworth assisted by Jackson Rowley, Tyler Rowley, Jeremy Neal, Mike Warren, Mayo Corrall, Javier Ramos, Paul Pace, and Ian Bourne serving as pallbearers with honorary pallbearers, Jamie Rowley and Johnny Glen Madison.
