Funeral services were held Sunday Sept. 23, 2012 in the chapel of Colonial Funeral Home at 2pm for Mrs. Cleo Tolar Ramey age 92 years who passed away Thursday Sept. 20, 2012 at her residence. Interment was in Woodlawn Cemetery with Rev. Glen Freeman officiating. Mrs. Ramey was a retired seamstress and a member of Baylis Chapel United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Mr. J.D. Ramey, Jr., parents Noel Earns & Nancy Jane Madison Tolar, and two brothers Robert and Audley Tolar. She is survived by two daughters Robin Rea(Perry) and Carol Hunter(Gregory) all of Long Beach, Ms., a son Craig Ramey(Marion) of Columbia, eight grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren and many other friends and family.
