Mr. Rowell was preceded in death by his son, Terry Rowell; a granddaughter, Kaitlynn Rowell; parents, Arthur Rowell and Daisey McNabb Rowell; sisters, Patsy Ruth Hartzog, and Dolores Fortenberry; and brothers, Willie Greer Rowell, and Douglas Rowell. He is survived by his sons, Raymon “Tater” Rowell (Michelle), and Rusty Rowell (Ashley); a sister, Sue McCain; four grandchildren, Taylor Rowell (Kourtney), Ty Rowell (Hope), Kendall Rowell, and Kolin Rowell; and a great-granddaughter, Ellanor Rowell.
A memorial service is planned for a later date.
