Faye Riley

Faye Riley, of Foxworth, Mississippi, passed away Saturday, September 14, 2019 at the age of 89. Mrs. Riley was a lifelong resident of Marion County and was proud to say that she was 80 years old when she retired from Pioneer Aerospace. She enjoyed tending to her flowers and loved worshiping at Life Church of God where she was a longtime member. Mrs. Riley will be remembered as a loving, friendly, outgoing godly woman who spent countless hours reading God’s Word. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Pete Riley; a daughter, Sandra Diane Tagert; a granddaughter, Alicia Tagert; two sisters, Lanell Morgan and Ruth Morgan; and her parents, Carmel and Ruth Morgan. Mrs. Riley is survived by a sister, Joyce Gipson; a grandson, Jason Tagert and wife, Kim; a great-granddaughter, Adalyn Tagert and several nieces and nephews. The visitation will be at Colonial Funeral Home on Monday, September 16, 2019 from 5:00pm until 9:00pm. The funeral service will be in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at 10:00am, officiated by Reverend Oved Dunaway. Burial will follow in Mt. Sinai Church of God Cemetery in Foxworth.
