Gayle Turner, age 59 of Columbia, MS went to her eternal home Monday, June 11, 2018. She was a member of Cedar Grove Baptist Church. Gayle was preceded in death by her parents, John Edd and Mary Turner; a brother, Kenneth Turner; maternal grandparents, Henry and Lucille Ouzts and paternal grandparents, John Marshall and Anna Turner. She is survived by three daughters, LaShea Wood and her husband Josh of Birmingham, AL, Trista Brady and her husband Jason of Columbia, MS and Marlee Dunn and her husband Miciah of Dixie, MS; a sister, Lynn Matthews and her husband Jim of Tuscaloosa, AL; a brother, Billy Turner and his fiancé Dayna Bowles of Yukon, OK; a sister-in-law, Sheri Turner of Calumet, OK; nine grandchildren, Dylan, Austin, Christian, Cooper, Lily, Easton, Kelsey, Kinsley and Liam and a host of nieces and nephews. There will be a visitation at Colonial Funeral Home in Columbia on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 from 10:00am to 11:00am. Funeral Services will be private and burial will be in the Cedar Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
