Hazel C. Foxworth, of Columbia, Mississippi, passed from this life into God’s presence on Thursday, March 31, 2022 at the age of 88. She was born in Columbia to Isaac and Cynthia Raybourn and has lived the majority of her life in Marion County. Hazel was a member of New Union Landmark Missionary Baptist Church. She enjoyed working in her flower gardens and will be remembered for her great sense of humor and wit.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Iva Dell Foxworth; a brother, James Lee Raybourn; and her husband, Jobie Foxworth. Hazel is survived by four nieces, Beth Patten, Pam Williams, Becky Raybourn, and Deidra Foxworth; a nephew, Phillip Foxworth; and numerous loving cousins and extended family.
The services for Hazel will be private and her final resting place will be in the New Union Church Cemetery.
