Jason Allen "JuJu" Johnson Sr.
April 2, 1966 – April 5, 2021
Jason Allen “JuJu” Johnson, Sr., age 55 of Foxworth, MS passed away Monday, April 5, 2021 At Merit Health Wesley in Hattiesburg, MS. He worked as a carpenter and was a member of Richland Creek Church of God. Mr. Johnson was preceded in death by his parents, James “Jimmy” Johnson and Doni Cooper Johnson; sister, Nina Johnson; and brothers, Mitchell Johnson, and Timothy Johnson. He is survived by his daughters, Amber Dawn Raynes, and April Geiger (Christopher), both of Columbia, MS; a son, Jason “Spanky” Johnson, Jr. of Columbia; two sisters, Tammy Conley (David) of Elizabethton, TN, and Andrea Graff (Kevin) of Foxworth; a brother, Terrell Johnson (Dianna) of Columbia; his girlfriend, LaJune McPherson of Foxworth; six grandchildren, Donald Raynes, III, Kelsey Raynes, Haden Raynes, Colton Raynes, Averie Johnson, and Savannah Geiger; and a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family members. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, April 8, 2021 at Richland Creek Church of God where family will receive friends from 12:00 PM until service time. Reverend Randall Buchanan will preside over services and interment will follow at Richland Creek Cemetery.
