Known for his excellent work ethic, Ken's first business venture was KenChem that he ran for many years. He never met a stranger, was incredibly generous, and was always willing to help anyone in need. If you knew Ken, you would know that he loved a good meal and especially enjoyed sharing the benefit of his cooking skills with gatherings of his family and friends. He was a grill master who could grill a steak better than you could find at any restaurant. His specialty dishes were his sauteed mushrooms and his tomato gravy and biscuits. Ken was a man of his word and a handshake meant more than a contract. He loved his family fiercely and his family acknowledges the many life lessons that he taught them, including the rewards of hard work and setting the example for his son to know how to adore his wife.
