Funeral Services were held Thursday Sept. 13, 2012 at 11 am Graveside @ Kokomo Cemetery for Virgie L. Gipson age 65 of Columbia,MS who died Sept. 9, 2012 in Columbia. Internment was in the Kokomo Cemetery. Chaplin Ken Roberts officiated at the service . Visitation was held Wednesday Sept. 12, 2012 from 5-9 pm at the funerl home. A native of Tylertown,MS she was a retired Mgr. of grocery store and member of Sunrise Ministries. She was preceded in death by parents- Shep & Frances Taylor Sister- Joyce Talyor. Survivors Include: 1 dau. Frances Verlin Smith of Waynesboro,MS 1 Son James A. Gipson of Columbia,MS 6 Grandchildren Richard Gipson, Brandon Bounds, Ashel Brumfield, Adam Brumfield, Kelly Beach & Ashley Brumfield & many other friends and family.
