Anne Boyce

COLUMBIA–Memorial services for Anne Emerson Ballard Boyce, 73, will be held at 12:00 noon on Saturday, February 23, 2013 at St. Mary’s Episcopal Church located at 170 St. Andrews Road in Columbia. Family will receive friends after the service at the church. Inurnment will be in Bush River Memorial Gardens. Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Irmo/St. Andrews Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.

Mrs. Boyce was born on March 23, 1940 in Georgetown, SC and passed away on Sunday, February 17, 2013. She was the daughter of the late Lee Cannon Ballard II and Agnes Emerson Ballard. Mrs. Boyce graduated from Winyah High School in Georgetown, SC in 1958 and MUSC Nursing School in Charleston SC in 1962. After her nursing career, she was the owner of Scrapbook Haven.

Mrs. Boyce is survived by her children; Cathy Boyce Hanson (Ken), Carol Anne Boyce Dutton (Lee); brother, Lee Cannon Ballard III (Anne) and four grandchildren, Drake, Andrew and Alex Hanson and Haley Smith. Mrs. Boyce is predeceased by her husband, Clinton A. Boyce (Buddy).
