ELGIN, SC – Brenda Singleton Todd, 55, passed away on Sunday, January 17, 2016. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, January 31, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. at Dunbar Funeral Home Northeast Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Born in Columbia, she was a daughter of the late Jasper Singleton and Mary Janet Long Mangum. She is survived by her daughter, Kimberly Nikki Arthur (Steven); brothers, Ricky Crow, James Stephen Crow, Benny Singleton and Terry Singleton; sister, Pat Johnson and six grandchildren, Jordan, Morgan, Phoenix, Seth, Sophie and Lucas. She was predeceased by a daughter, Jamie Lee Todd and a brother, Wayne Singleton.
