Ms. Fisher is survived by her daughters, Carole S. Armstrong of Swansea, Vivian Rebecca “Becky” Smith and Karen Elizabeth Clark, both of Columbia; brother, Thomas Quick of Summerville; 5 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her son, Francis William “Bill/Cap” Smith; her brothers, Ralph Quick of Florida, Edward Quick of Augusta, GA, Wayne Quick of Tennessee and her sisters, Dottie Hutto and Martha Kinsey of Orangeburg, SC, Margery Avale of Columbia, SC and Patricia Messer of California.
