Cynthia Price

IRMO – A memorial service for Cynthia G. Price, 62, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, June 8, 2013 at White Rock Baptist Church. Pastor Glenn Day will be leading the service. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday, June 7, 2013 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Irmo/St. Andrews Chapel.

Mrs. Price entered the gates of Heaven on Wednesday, June 5, 2013. Born in Aiken, SC, she was the daughter of the late Roy P. and Anneal Vickers Green. Cynthia is celebrating in her heavenly home with predeceased family members, the late Mr. and Mrs. Marion Price; brothers, Larry Boynton, Jerry Vickers and Michael Green.

Cynthia is survived by her husband of 43 years, Thomas C. Price of Irmo, SC; son, Thomas Lee Price (Stacey) of Chapin, SC, Marianne Price Smith (Danny) of Irmo, SC; three grandchildren, Drew Thomas Smith, McKenzie Ann Smith, Hallee Sharon Price; sister, Libby G. DeRamus of Aiken, SC; brothers, Johnnie Green of Windsor, SC, Frank Boynton of Virginia Beach, VA, Ray Boynton of Calhoun, GA, Charles Vickers of Calhoun, GA and several nieces and nephews.

Cynthia was a loving wife, mother, Nana, sister and friend. She was a faithful member of White Rock Baptist Church. She was a member of the Lake Murray Red Hat Society. She will be loved and missed by all. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to White Rock Baptist Church, 1409 Peace Haven Road, Chapin, SC 29036 or to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
