COLUMBIA - Funeral service for Davie Richard Kicklighter, Sr., 54, will be held at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 17, 2014, at Dunbar Funeral Home, Northeast Chapel, with burial in Greenlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 10 until 12:00 p.m. prior to the service. Serving as active pallbearers will be Davie Kicklighter, Jr., Curtis Shull, David Garner, Josh Kicklighter, Shannon Spires, Brett Carter and Chris Kilborne. Mr. Kicklighter died Thursday, June 12, 2014. Born in Fla., he was a son of Mary Louise Quick Kicklighter and the late Reemer William Kicklighter. He was employed by CMS Roofing. Surviving are his mother; sons, Davie Kicklighter, Jr., Joshua Kicklighter; daughters, Stephanie Shull (Curtis), Emily Carter (Brett); six grandchildren; eleven brothers; four sisters; and significant other, Katherine M.
