

Born in Wilmington, N.C., he was a son of the late Thomas Carmine and Madie Elizabeth Lewis Page. He graduated from East Atlanta High School and the University of West Georgia with a degree in business and art. Mr. Page, a Vietnam veteran, was a member of Spring Valley Presbyterian Church.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Ann Page; son, Wade Lewis Page of Atlanta; daughter, Amy Allison Page; son-in-law, Brandon Driggers of Birmingham, Ala.; sister, Ann Page Buckles and brother-in-law, Jerry Buckles of Lawrenceville, Ga.
Memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, May 26, 2014, at Spring Valley Presbyterian Church. The family will receive friends at the church from 10 until 11:00 a.m. prior to the service. Dunbar Funeral Home Northeast Chapel, is assisting the family.
