Howard Edward Orman

COLUMBIA - Mr. Howard Edward Orman, 82, passed away on Friday June 30, 2023. Born in Shawneetown, IL., he was the son of the late Clarence and Geneva Smock Orman and the widower of the late Mary Ann Carter Orman. Mr Orman graduated from Shawneetown High School and retired from the coal mine as a heavy equipment operator. He was an avid NASCAR fan and enjoyed baseball and fishing.

Surviving are his daughters, Terri Barfels (Troy), Tracy Willis (Tony); son, Shawn Orman (Tera); eight grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren; sisters, Alberta Dorr (Rayfield), Doris Jean Seamore (Ron) and brother, Fred Orman (Faye).
