COLUMBIA - Funeral services for Mrs. Joyce E. Keaton, 84, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, June 12, 2015 at Cayce Church of The Nazarene, 2201 Taylor Rd., Cayce, SC. Burial will follow the service at New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery, 249 New Hope Church Rd., Pelion, SC. The family will receive friends from 10:00am to 11:00 a.m. prior to the service. Elmwood Funeral Home and Cremation Service will be assisting the family with the arrangements.
Mrs. Keaton was born November 16, 1930 in Appling, Georgia and passed away June 8, 2015. She was the daughter of the late Julian Morris and Annie Lucas Morris Burchett. She was a member of Central Church of The Nazarene in West Columbia. She was a very devoted and loving mother and will be dearly missed.
Surviving are her son, Randal Keaton (Pam); granddaughter, Kacee Evans; great-grandson, B.J. Evans; and brother Leonard Morris (Wilma).
