Robert G Creighton

WEST COLUMBIA – A memorial service for Robert Gary Creighton, 66, will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, April 24, 2014 at Our Lady of the Hills Catholic Church with inurnment to follow in Bush River Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

Mr. Creighton was born May 22, 1947 in Pittsburgh, PA and passed away on Friday, April 18, 2014. He was the son of the late Robert William and Betty Lou Flach Creighton. Mr. Creighton retired from Westinghouse and served in the United States Army.

Mr. Creighton is survived by his son, Brian Creighton (Marcella) and daughter, Lisa Creighton; grandchildren, Lucas and Makenzie Creighton; the mother of his children, Dorothy Creighton; sisters, Linda and Donna Creighton. Mr. Creighton was preceded in death by his sister, Nancy Sypolt.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Parkinson’s Disease Foundation, 1359 Broadway, Suite 1509, New York, NY 10018. Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Irmo/St. Andrews Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
