Born in Painesville, Ohio, he was the son of the late Robert Earle Dodge, Sr. and Doris May Dodge. He served in the US Army during the Vietnam War. Robert was a retired Software Engineer. He was a member of St. John Neumann Catholic Church.
Surviving are his wife, Vivien Dodge.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 15, 2023 in Fort Jackson National Cemetery. Dunbar Funeral Home, Northeast Chapel, is assisting the family.
