Sandy T. Daniel, passed away on October 7, 2026, at the age of 78. Born 1 March 1948, in Landover, Maryland. She was the daughter of Lydia Fran Taylor and Step Father, John Lanza.
She graduated from Oxon Hill Senior High school in 1966. Served in the Air Force from 1966 until 1970, during the Vietnam Era.
Her and Richard J Daniel (Rick) married in April 29th 1989, Resided in La Plata, Maryland. Moved to Las Vegas Nevada in 1999 and resided there until Feb 9th, 2022. Moved back to Columbia, South Carolina to be near Family.
Sandy was diagnosed with Vascular Dementia later that year.
She was preceded in death by her Mother and Stepfather. And all of their Fur babies.
Sandy is survived by her loving and devoted husband, Richard (Rick) Daniel. Sandy was very well loved by Richard, his Mother, Father and his entire family and many friends.
Memorial Services will be held, Saturday, October 17, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at Dunbar Funeral Home, Northeast Chapel, 4219 Hard Scrabble Road, Columbia, South Carolina 29223
