Shane Lee Baxley

Shane Lee Baxley was born April 26, 1978 and passed away on May 9, 2022. He was a beloved father, husband, brother, uncle, cousin and friend. Shane was a loving, caring, proud, protective American man. He loved his family more than anything in this world. He had a passion for cereal as much as he did for body art and things that are fast. Shane lived his life like Vin Diesel said, “a quarter mile at a time.” He had a passion for working on cars and motorcycles and could fix anything. He is deeply loved, extremely missed and never will be forgotten. He is survived by his wife, Kasey Baxley; stepmother, Nicole Baxley; mother and father-in-law, Angie and Wade Newberry; a brother, Randy Baxley and sister-in-law, Leigha Baxley; his children, Iyana, DeVon, Zaidan, Kelton, Shyanne, Andrew, Carson and Mira; two grandchildren, Tamen and Azaria, as well as his living life partner, Nicol Felder; a nephew, Caleb; three nieces, Kennedy, Sable and Kissta and several aunts, uncles and cousins. He is preceded in death by his parents, Randy Devon Baxley and Barbara Parker; his grandmother, Joyce Suits and his sister, Chasity Cranford. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 14, 2022 at Ebenezer Pentecostal Holiness Church located at 501 Church Street, West Columbia, SC 29172.
