COLUMBIA – Sherlock Terrence “Terry” McNab, III, 58, passed away on Monday, October 13, 2014. Born in Tampa, Florida, he was a son of James Albert and Peggy Lorraine Sherouse McNab. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 29, 2014 at 2:00 pm at Dunbar Funeral Home Northeast Chapel. The family will receive friends following the service. Mr. McNab graduated from Wade Hampton High School and obtained his bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina. He began his career in restaurant management with Annabelle’s Restaurant and then went into Insurance Sales with the Southern Financial Group. Terry enjoyed golfing with friends, reading and writing stories and was an avid chess player. He truly enjoyed watching his USC Gamecocks. He was a strong believer in his faith as a Christian. In addition to his parents he is survived by daughters; Carissa Haithcock and husband Mark of Asheboro, NC and Sarah McNab of Columbia; granddaughter, Raelyn Haithcock and brother, J. Albert McNab, Jr. of Franklin, NC.
